He famously hails from Boston, but where does Mark Wahlberg live now? The actor (and former rapper) resided in the Los Angeles area for many years after moving there in the ’90s to establish himself in Hollywood. Wahlberg’s film debut came in the 1994 comedy Renaissance Man. These days, he’s still busy making movies—with starring roles in three just this year (Flight Risk, Play Dirty, and The Family Plan 2). Along the way, he’s garnered two Academy Award nominations and three Golden Globe nominations. However, it’s been a few years since Wahlberg actually resided in Tinseltown: The Wahlburgers co-owner traded Los Angeles for Las Vegas in 2022, with hopes of making it a new movie-making capital. This year, he also put down roots in Florida.
Below, we unpack Marky Mark’s real estate holdings.
Beverly Hills home
Wahlberg reportedly paid $5 million for a Beverly Hills home in 2001 and spent the next two years remodeling the modern Mediterranean-style mansion, which had originally been built in 1985. Perched within a privately gated neighborhood, the estate comprised a 9,000-square-foot five-bedroom main home and a two-bedroom guesthouse, which added an additional 2,500 square feet of interior living space. The compound boasted a movie theater, a recording studio, a gym equipped with a boxing ring, multiple sports courts, a putting green, and a swimming pool with a waterfall and a grotto.
By 2008, the Ted star was ready to part with the property and put it on the market with a $15.9 million asking price. However, it wasn’t until five years later when it finally changed hands for $10.3 million, according to its listing history. The 1.7-acre compound re-emerged on the market in August 2025, and currently asks $21.8 million. Listing photos show minimalist cream-hued interiors, with folding glass walls uniting the home with its resort-like grounds.
Richard Landry mansion
The actor bought an $8.25 million parcel of Beverly Hills land in 2009, on which he built his next luxe mansion: a 30,500-square-foot Richard Landry–designed home featuring 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms between the main house and an accompanying guest cottage. “My wife, Rhea, and I have been huge fans of Richard Landry’s work for years, and after visiting many of the homes he’s designed, we dreamed of having one of our own,” Wahlberg told AD in 2013. “His team has carefully listened to our needs and really impressed us with their creative ideas and first-class service.”
The French chateau-style estate had a movie theater, a wood-paneled library, a gym, a salon, a wine and cigar cellar, and a sprawling primary suite equipped with a private balcony, dual bathrooms, and impressive walk-in closets. Among the estate’s outdoor amenities were a swimming pool with a waterfall and a nearby cabana, a five-hole golf course, a driving range, a sports court, and a skate park.
Wahlberg put the 6.2-acre property up for sale in 2022 for $87.5 million, but it wasn’t until almost a year later when it finally sold for $55 million. Although the price had been severely slashed, the sale still earned the Boogie Nights star a spot on our year-end list of the most expensive celebrity real estate transactions of 2023. Interestingly, the same house made that list again in 2025, when Paris Hilton bought it for $63.1 million after losing her Malibu home to wildfires.
Las Vegas properties
In 2022, Wahlberg, Rhea, and their four kids resettled in Sin City. The actor paid $14.5 million for a 7,300-square-foot town house within the Summit Club, a private Las Vegas community with luxe amenities, including a golf course, tennis courts, and around-the-clock security. Wahlberg told The Talk that he had moved there in the hopes of “get[ting] a bill passed so we can get tax credits for the state, build a state-of-the-art studio here, and make this Hollywood 2.0.”
Around the same time, he picked up a vacant 2.5-acre parcel nearby for $15.6 million. It seemed like perhaps Wahlberg planned to stay at the town house while custom-building a home on the vacant lot. However, he sold the two-story abode the following year for $16.6 million, while the land on his other property remained undeveloped. In 2025, the Flight Risk star sold the still-empty parcel for $17.25 million.
However, it seems likely that Wahlberg still maintains a home in the area. “When we decided to move, we wanted to [do it] before school started, so we moved into a temporary place, and we now moved into another place,” he said on Today in 2023, shortly after offloading the town house. “The plan was always to build—not only a studio but a family home. We just moved from one house to another.” The actor added, “I miss California. I miss the weather. But the kids are thriving [in Las Vegas]…. I live in a wonderful community that’s really faith-based; great schools. There’s much more to Las Vegas than the Strip.”
Delray Beach mansion
In October 2025, Wahlberg added another palatial mansion to his real estate portfolio, this time in the Sunshine State. The actor spent $37 million on a fully furnished 18,000-square-foot contemporary-style sprawl in a gated community in Delray Beach, Florida. Known as Palazzo di Lago, the Italian-inspired 7-bedroom, 12-bathroom dwelling is decked out with glossy Brazilian wood wall panels, 30-foot-tall ceilings, and large expanses of white marble. Mother-of-pearl inlays are found in the floor of the primary suite, which also features dual bathrooms, dressing rooms, private terraces, and a hidden safe room. Like Wahlberg’s other homes, it touts plenty of high-end amenities, including a game room with a full-size wet bar, a movie theater, a hidden cigar lounge, two kitchens, and a wellness retreat. The 2.5-acre property also hosts a huge resort-style saltwater lagoon, a cabana complete with its own kitchen, a car gallery, a tennis court, and a guesthouse.
